Help at Tou-Can
Our Tou-Can groups for parents and little ones run on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Volunteers are part of the team there already, and we’d love more. Ask us what’s involved.
Fundraise
Organise an event, take on a challenge, or put us forward as your workplace’s charity. We’ll help you get started.
Share your skills
HR, legal, finance, marketing, bid writing: professionals already give us their time and it helps enormously. If you have a skill to offer, we’d love to hear from you.
Become a trustee
Trustees share responsibility for running the charity: setting direction, keeping us on track and making sure we look after people and money well. Our board meets monthly.
You don’t need to have been a trustee before. One of our trustees first came to TalkFIRST when he needed help with his own family.
